Terms of return/exchange of goods:

1. The customer has the right to return/exchange the goods within 30 days of receiving them and get a full refund (except for the amount paid for delivery, if the purchase value was less than 50 EUR).
   To exercise the right to return a product, the customer must fill out a return/exchange form.
2. When returning/exchanged, the packaging must be intact (items are returned in their original packaging). Returns/exchanges must be made with authentic labels.
3. Goods are returned/exchanged to the following address:

• By courier to the following address: Mažeikiai district, Šerkšnėnai sen., Skuodiškės village, Žalgirio street 5, LT-89365, Lithuania.
• Omniva parcel machine: Mažeikiai RIMI parcel machine. Žemaitijos St. 38, Mažeikiai.
• LP Express parcel machine: Mažeikiai RIMI parcel machine. Žemaitijos St. 38, Mažeikiai.

1. The money will be returned to the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days after the product is received by UAB "Eko.logiškas".
2. The customer bears the costs of return/exchange.
