UAB "Eko.Logiškas" (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) hereby establishes the terms and conditions of personal data processing when using the website managed by the Data Controller. If you no longer want your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, you can write an e-mail to the address provided at the bottom of this text or call us by phone and object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or to the processing of your personal data solely by automated means, including profiling**, without giving any reasons for your objection.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by automated means, including profiling, or object to it at any time.
The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by delivery directly to the address; by post; by e-mail specified at the bottom of this text.
Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than one month from the date of the request, provide a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. If necessary, the specified period may be extended for another two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension within one month from the date of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
The data controller may not create conditions for data subjects to exercise the above-mentioned rights, except for disagreement with the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
